What's in a Name

In the case of our business, our name Ronin Kaizen holds meaning. It is a combination of two Japanese words, ronin and kaizen.

The word Ronin is used to describe a samurai warrior who has left or lost his lord or master. In modern western usage this has also been adopted to refer to mercenaries or "guns for hire".

Kaizen literally translates to "change for the better", with the term being adopted in business to describe the philosophy of continuous improvement.

Our name Ronin Kaizen represents who we are: specialists in our field who provide EPM services to clients aimed at continuously improving the systems and processes used for consolidated reporting and analysis.
